Cary/New Hill - Judge Kristin Ruth has begun her run for the NC Court of Appeals, with a planned kickoff event at the historic Guess Ogle House in Cary. The kickoff will be hosted by Cary businesswoman Sheila Ogle. Judge Ruth is running for the seat presently held by Judge John Tyson, and she intends to participate in the Public Campaign Finance system.
